Q: I understand this unit works on batteries but does it come with an ac adapter? One area of the description says it works with either battery or ac adapter, but the images that show what comes in the package don't show an ac adapter.

We do not deal directly with any insurance companies. All of our supplies are sold outright with any major credit card or PayPal. You can contact your insurance provider on your own behalf and see if they will reimburse you, and if they need a copy of your invoice for an order, then we could certainly provide that for you or you could always print out a copy on your own and forward that information.

A: The unit features a Timer setting, which you can adjust from 1-60 minutes, or (C) for Continuous use, which will keep the unit on until you physically power it off or until the battery dies.

A: All of our electrodes have the same 2mm diameter connection point for where the lead wires of a device plug in to, so they are pretty much universal. It really just comes down to choosing whichever size and shape you would like.

A: Yes, this is an Interferential Combo unit, which is what the IF stands for and refers to the Interferential therapy modality that is offered with this unit. This unit also has the TENS modality as well.

Yes, as listed in the official product description, the unit package does include everything needed to use the device the moment you receive it, including 1 AC adapter which serves as an alternative method of powering the device by plugging it into an electrical outlet, and this would absolutely be our recommendation if ever using the unit for Interferential therapy (IF), which will drain any battery out there in less than an hour of continuous use... The default image of the product does not include every single item/accessory included with each package. Please refer to the bulleted list of items in the description for that so you know exactly what it is that you can expect to get when you order.
