Q: How does the back one fit? Is it small, medium, large? Don’t want to order wrong size to go around waist.

A: The TENS 7000 device unfortunately does not include any sort of AC Power Adapter. It is powered solely by a 9-Volt battery, whether disposable or rechargeable.

A: The unit's timer can be adjusted in 5 minute increments from 5 - 60 minutes, or set on (C) continuous.

No, the TENS 7000 device package includes 1 disposable "Heavy Duty" 9V battery, by default. Rechargeable 9V batteries and a 9V battery charger are available for individual sale here: https://www.tenspros.com/Batteries-Chargers_c_44.html

A: The back garment is a Universal fit - one size fits most, they fit up to 49". If a larger size is needed we carry a 15" extender which you can find here
