Q: I have these 9 volt batteries for my IF tens unit but, they do not hold a long charge. I can only get 2 20 minute sessions on my IF tens unit pure battery. How long should I charge them?

Because of the nature of Interferential (IF) therapy being a high-frequency stimulation, it does require a lot more power, and so it is generally not recommended to use a unit with Interferential with a 9V battery, but rather with an AC Adapter so you can use it while plugged into a wall outlet and power the device that way instead.

A: You should be able to use any 9V Battery Charger with these, and any other, 9V Rechargeable Batteries. We do also carry a 9V Battery Charger for sale here.

No. EMPI devices run off of an 8.4V battery only, which is not particularly common. Most of our units run off of 9V batteries. If you put a 9V battery in an 8.4V unit, you very well might fry your device... You can either try searching Online explicitly for 8.4V batteries for your unit elsewhere, or go with a new device altogether, which we would be happy to help you with.

A: Yes any 9V battery will work for the TENS 3000. If you are using a rechargeable battery make sure you have a 9V battery charger. We have those available on our site as well. Hope this helped!

A: Yes, the TENS 7000 / InTENSity 7 devices run strictly off of a 9V battery, and this is indeed a 9V battery that is also rechargeable, so it is compatible. Any 9V battery will work fine, whether it is disposable or rechargeable.
