Q: I am at a physical therapy clinic and the pads will be used each time the patient comes in three days a week for a month or two. I would like to know how durable the pads are. Example how easily do the wires pull out of the pads? How long will the sticky last (how many reuses will be good for)?

A: Yes, these electrodes have the same industry-standard 2mm diameter pin-style connection for where the lead wires of most portable electrotherapy devices plug into, so these are compatible with 99% of all of the units we carry as well.

As we do not carry any Dr. Ho products, we cannot say for sure, but what we can tell you is that our electrodes will fit any unit that uses a 2mm style pin lead wire. So if your devices uses wires that are similar to ours, which are part number WW3005 you can search on our site, then our electrodes will fit and work with your device. These electrodes will not work on snap lead wires that have a button on the end, only the 2mm style pin leads.
If you are still uncertain if they will work, you can email us a photo of your lead wire endings so we can take a look to [email protected]. We will take a look at your photo and get back with you to let you know for sure.

These InTENSity-branded 2-inch square electrodes are the most economical self-adhesive electrode pads that we carry... Most users can expect roughly 5-10 uses or so, per pack of 4, on average, as this could absolutely vary for each patient. Some may only get 1 or 2 uses out of a set, and others could absolutely be able to comfortably and effectively get over 20 uses out of a set before the adhesive gel just dries up and stops sticking, and need to be discarded and replaced... For clinical use especially, we highly recommend the "Richmar MicroBlock" Electrodes, which are arguably the best-quality and longest-lasting electrodes available on the market anywhere, and also the first and only anti-microbial electrodes available anywhere, making these far and away the smartest, safest, and ultimately the most cost-efficient electrodes, when looking at things from a cost-per-use or cost-per-treatment session point of view, instead of just the face retail value.
