I doubted that this would have any affect on my snoring but was very surprised. It not only helped reduce my snoring bit also greatly helped my apnea

My wife is using this unit. we both snore but I am a light sleeper. I say it has helped reduce her snoring. I know when the battery is week and failing because her snoring increases and keeps me up all night. Also you need to replace the pad when it wears as it will not work as well. I did not want to go the way of wearing a breathing unit at night so this was worth a try. Does completely stop snoring? I don't know to soon to say. Does it reduce snoring? It reduces loud snorting but there is still some tolerable soft normal snoring. Is it easy to use? yes. Does it require maintenance? yes. Is it easy to maintenance? kind of, replacing the battery is the hard part, the supplied screwdriver is very lamb and the screw that locks the battery cover in place is very small and under the pad. if they get ride of the screw and use a press and slide cover they will have a winner. I will be trying this unit on myself, next.
