Question

Q: I know that the 4 channels of this device can work simultaneously, however, can I set them to go off one after the other individually, automatically? For example, can I have EMS for 20 minutes, then IF will begin automatically after EMS ends and then have 20 minutes of TENS after IF ends?

To use the different modalities - TENS, EMS, IF, etc. - you will have to set them up individually after each program. Unfortunately, the Twin Stim Plus 3rd Edition does not allow different modality treatments to be preset together, and run, automatically, one after the other. This is in accordance with FDA safety regulations for Class II Medical Devices.

A: The Twin Stim Plus 3rd Edition comes with 2x packs of four 1.5" x 1.5" Tan Cloth electrodes, for a total of 8x pads inside the case with the unit.

A: If you refer to the Product Description, you will see that the unit features two separate adjustable timers, which can be adjusted from 1-60 minutes, or "C" for Continuous use.

All of our electrodes are self-adhesive, meaning they all come with the adhesive gel already on them. They all have the same industry-standard 2mm female pin-style connection for where the lead wires plug in to, as well, so they are all interchangeable with 99% of the devices we carry, including the Twin Stim units.

The electrodes are all self-adhesive and reusable, but only to a point. Most users will get about 5-10 uses per pack of 4 before the adhesive gel layer dries up and stops sticking, which is your cue to discard them and begin using a new set.

A: No, the beeping is a mechanism for the hearing impaired so it cannot be turned off.
