bad battery
pleased with the item overall , only issue was that the battery lasted for about 3 sessions and then was dead .

Large size, Works well.
Item works well for serious back problem and injury. The size is nice and super large so it fit well and worked well. Easy to care for and loved that it used 9 volt battery which lasts longer and easier to replace.

works good,i do not use the belt its is HUGE thank ful I can use butterfly pads. ship cost so much to return. the belt does not work for me I am under 5 ft maybe that's why. I do like its portable and has great power be nice if I could plug in to power to save on batteries.overal happy with purchase.

Works as advertised BUT
I ordered this because I have severe back pain. Due to muscular dystrophy my spine has changed shape, I can't use traditional stick elsctrodel as they won't lay flat. So this helped me to be able to use one again. BUT even though I don't have a pacemaker, I've had some unfortunate and unexpected side effects that have rendered it something I can no longer use so trying to get a refund for it. While it worked as advertised, at the recommended settings and did in fact help my pain, the side effects I got during use---heart palpitations, anxiety and buzzing in my head were too uncomfortable to allow me to use it. I tried lowering settings but while going to lowest settings got rid of the symptoms, but unfortunately didn't actually help my pain levels anymore so it's unfortunately unusable for me. So be careful if you are sensitive to things like I described. I used TENS devices in the past without this problem, but they say your body changes so I guess mine did just that unfortunately. Disappointed that I can't use this anymore as my pain is intense and I refuse to use addicting drugs for pain relief. But it does help those who are able to tolerate it.

I love my Tens unit!!! It really helps with my lumbar arthritis and degenerative disc disease and herniated discs. It is the only thing that gets me through car drives over one hour. Thanks so much!
