As a "step-down" LSO back brace, the velcro-attached high-back panel and lateral support panels can be removed as needed to fit a larger population of patients in need. The high-back panel does not exactly slide up or down, though. Either attached for more support or it can be removed.

A: This LSO brace will fit up to a 60" waist. An separate Extender may be purchased as well, for an additional 10" of length, if needed.

A: The low-profile belt itself, not including the removable high-back support panel, is 10".

A: It is the first time we have heard of the pulley system breaking on the braces. Unfortunately, the manufacturer does not sell the system separately. It is recommended to replace the whole LSO.
