How to Use:

1. Place the cuff on your bare wrist about 1/2 inch below your palm.

2. Sit comfortably with your arm resting at heart level.

3. Press Start/Stop to begin measurement.

4. Relax, stay still, and review your results on the LED display or listen to the voice broadcast.

Safety & Care:
