Love this nebulizer too1
I had recently purchased the NebGo portable because I needed one with the option of regular batteries because of power outages. I love it. I call it the baby. I wanted to make sure I would have it for a backup, so I purchased this RiteNeb5 about a week ago. I love it, too! It is compressor driven, and very sturdy, solid feeling to it. It delivers my medication in probably 1/3 the time as the NebGo, which is nice. Very simple to use. I highly recommend the RiteNeb, and if you have power outages, also the NebGo. They are so reasonably priced, and Tenspros is the only place I will buy from. They have proven their dedication to customers, answering email questions within a couple of hours and the products get to me within a couple of days at most, and giving updates along the way. Just very pleasing experiences here. :)

I was so happy when I saw this Roscoe Rite Neb Nebulizer on your site. My pulmonary dr was after me to start using the one I had years ago. When I set up the old one the motor no longer worked and I looked online to see what I could find. It is an updated model, reasonably priced, easy to order and came just as expected. I am a happy camper again and so is my dr.

It works well for the money, however, the zipper on the tote bag broke the first time I used it. Other than that everything is fine.

A:
Our best advice would be to contact the company you purchased the device from to see if it is still under the one year warranty. If not under warranty, you can reach out to the manufacturer, Compass Health Brands, and see if they are able to do some trouble shooting with you to get the device fixed and working for you, or if there is a new piece you can purchase to replace to get it working.
You can reach them at (800) 376-7263 and hopefully they can better assist you with your specific problem.
