Since I ordered and received it new, the battery seemed very weak. It takes four to six hours each day for the battery to recharge. Is it possible that the battery was not as good as it should have been? Your product is great, as I have to use it on a daily basis. I recommend it to others. Thank You..

This Nebulizer is powered by a 12V battery pack, and so it does take some time to charge before using. Per the manufacturer's specs, it takes about 24 hours for the battery to fully charge before its first time use. Thereafter, it takes between 4-12 hours to charge. You will see a Red light indicating when the battery is charging, and this light will turn Green once it is fully charged. Hope this helps! Save my husbands life!

Went to Puerto Rico on vacation. My husband has Asthma. Got sick and thank the lord I bought this wonderful machine. Saved us a trip to hospital.He needed 3 treatments to be able to breathe. Can be used on airplane in case of an emergency. I recommend this if anyone is traveling on plane or car. Great product!

travel portable nebulizer pro-Aerosol Therapy

works great first one they sent out did not work right .called and they replaced it right away did not even have to send the first one back which was great because I hate going to post office and returning things great machine great people to deal with....
