The Knee Scooter does come equipped with a rear brake. Shipment via UPS - Ground can be expected within 3-5 business days anywhere in the contiguous 48 states. Shipping also comes at no extra charge for all domestic orders over $100. International shipping is also available.

I am so very sorry as we do not have a video on how the product folds up, however I can tell you that it should have no problems fitting in the back seat of your car or trunk as it is made so you can take it with you for your mobility needs. This scooter is manufactured by Roscoe Medical.
