The Ottobock S.P.I.N.E. Brace is the first line of defense for the treatment of low back pain without a prescription. It offers the mechanical advantage that was originally designed to meet the demanding requirements of orthopedic surgeons. Utilizing a patented one-handed rotating type pulley mechanism, it is designed specifically to provide comfortable support and hydrostatic lift to the lower back. i HAD SPINE SURGERY at 15 & currently have major arthritic changes on every portion of it. ( I had untreated Lyme for 30 years.) This brace is the very best one I have ever used in the last 20 yr. As my weight has changed the brace has been able to accommodate it. The extra support provided by the pull strap is exceptional as it is available during exercise without having to readjust the entire brace. I strongly recommend it for support during standing & walking as well as yard & farm work..

this is the best back brace I have ever used. I love the fact it is adjustable and can be a slightly different size at different times of the day. that makes it ever so convenient. I dont always put it on exactly the same way or position so the sizing belt is a really nice feature. This is a tool that is worth every penny, and more.
