A: When in continuous use, the Select Combo II will run on one full battery charge for approximately:

Tens – 4.5 hours
EMS – 6.25 hours
IF - 45 min - 1 hour
Russian - 4.5 hours

The unit comes standard with a plastic belt clip for added convenience and portability. Replacement belt clips are also available for individual sale. As for conductive gloves, our garments come one-size-fit-most, with the exception of back braces.

A: Yes! For all 4 treatment modalities, just press the body part icon to cycle through Programs 1, 2, and U1. Program U1 allows the user to set all treatment parameters manually if you wish to do so.

The InTENSity Select Combo II does not come with Microcurrent as a modality. Only TENS, EMS, Interferential, and Russian Stim. The original InTENSity Select Combo device that we offer, however, does include Microcurrent as a treatment option, and we do offer other units that have Microcurrent as well. For specific treatment cases, we highly recommend consulting with a doctor/medical professional first, and if Microcurrent electrotherapy is suggested, then we will be happy to assist in recommending the best device for your needs.

A: Most electrodes sold on our website will be interchangeable, and will operate with the InTENSity Select Combo II. It totally comes down to user preference.

Unfortunately, there is not a separate battery charger available in production for the lithium-ion batteries of the 2nd generation line of InTENSity devices. Currently, the only way to recharge the batteries is within the device itself, which can not be used simultaneously while charging.

Per the manufacturer's terms, the 1-year warranty period only applies if the device is sold and physically remains within the United States. Once a unit leaves the country, it is no longer covered under warranty. However... if at any point in time, you ever experience any sort of technical issues, or have a technical question regarding the device any accessories for it, you are welcome to contact us for further assistance. We know how the devices very well, in how they operate, and we are always available to help address any questions or issues, and we can always work with you to best support.

No, the USB Cord / AC Adapter that these 2nd generation InTENSity devices come with is designed to function ONLY as a charger for the battery. It will not actually power the unit itself while plugged in, so you can not use it while it is charging. Most users will just set it to charge overnight that way it is always ready to go the next day you may need it.

With the AC Adapter that comes standard with each unit, charging time from a dead battery to full charge is approximately 10-12 hours. You could also purchase and use the separately available Lithium-Ion Battery Charger, which cuts down the charging time to just over 2 hours.
