This is a great unit for working my quad while I heal from dislocating my knee. It is also nice to have the tens option for the other sore muscles that randomly appear.

Used this unit as part of recovery from a fairly significant calf strain. My wife is a physical therapist and this is the unit she recommends to patients. Depending on specific use, I'd recommend buying the longer pads.

This is my second one. The first one I dropped after 7 years. I love the ease of programming and the Russian is my favorite setting. Used for sciatica extensively and it was wonderful. It runs on battery so I could wear all day while I was out and about.

I was looking for a unit that did both Russian and NMES. For the low cost, I was a bit skeptical. But this unit lived up to expectations! I have my PT test it out, and they also were impressed. Definately recommend the inTENSity Select Combo II!!!

I have had periodic episodes of sciatic nerve pinching for the past 20 years. I have spent many hours of physical therapy, cold packs, heat packs, traction, massage, acupuncture, stretching, exercises and they all provide marginal and short time relief. PT introduced me to TENS but made no effort to interest me in purchasing a portable unit for at home use. After several recommendations, I chose to purchase this InTENSity Select Combo II. I use it twice daily for about 30 minutes each session. Pain and discomfort from sciatica are under the best control in years.

Buying the InTENSity Select Combo II is one of the best decisions I ever made. It is a well-engineered and well-built device. It comes packaged in an attractive and convenient case. It has an informative manual. I use one of the preset TENS programs. I had excruciating pains in my left knee area. After several months of seeing different pain management physicians, it was diagnosed as saphenous nerve entrapment. I had a SPRINT PNS (Peripheral Nerve Stimulation) device implanted. The procedure cost several thousands of dollars. Both micro leads came out in less than two weeks. I have been using the InTENSity Select Combo II for over a month and it provides adequate pain relief.

This unit was recommended by my Physical Therapist and it is the best purchase I've made!!! It helps get my muscles working from knee replacement and also helps my back pain. I highly recommend!

I had a knee surgery which required me to be non weight bearing or 6 weeks. Due to a variety of things, I ended up with major muscle atrophy in my quad. My PT used a similar device to help me wake that muscle back up, but I felt like twice a week wasn't enough. I read lots of studies about how well NMES works for muscle atrophy and how often it could be used and determined I needed to do it at home! I'm SO glad I did. I noticed results right away doing NMES a couple times per day and felt significantly stronger within a week. I'm not back to 100% yet but I'm still doing it and I truly believed that the NMES sped my recovery a lot. In fact. I wish my doc had suggested I use it when I was non-weight bearing to help prevent the atrophy in the first place!! I'm also using the IF (different electrode placement) for reducing swelling and pain which just feels great. I've always wanted my own IF machine but the ones I ordered on amazon didn't feel like what I use in PT (because most of them are tens and not IF). This unit feels exactly like the fancy IF (stim) machine they use in the PT office. Similarly, the NMES fels the same. I'm super happy with this machine.

I use the Tens unit 1.5 hours a day and the IF setting 1.5 hours a day. Using it as directed from my Occupational Therapist for CRPS.

Ordered this to encourage nerve healing for a 'drop foot' and now also using it to treat shoulder pain. Both areas are improving and noticeable when I skip a treatment. Highly recommend!

This machine has worked great! I got it because my PT recommended it to help with my knee recovery after surgery. It's a little tricky to set if you don't know what you're doing, but my PT set it for me. The pads didn't stay sticky too long, but I got replacements. Overall happy with this product!

Look no further, this is the one to buy! Really an amazing unit... nothing else like it on the market especially with both Interferential and Russian modes and the ability to go with preset programs. Plus you're able to set your own manual modes. Customer service was amazing and answered all my questions and more.

This little machine is easy to set up and use! Love the storage box it comes with! Physical therapist used similar machine while going to physical therapy. Did amazing on my back! Finally tried this yesterday and wow! Love it! It’s like physical therapy in a box! Works great!

I bought the Select Combo II on the recommendation of my physical therapist. You can get TENS-only units cheaper, but I bought it more for the NMES capability to rehab muscles. I've found it very helpful in relaxing both injured muscles and simply over-clenched ones like a sore back or shoulders. The presets for specific body parts are helpful, too. Tip: Refresh the adhesive electrodes by rubbing on water with your fingertip; a good seal is essential!

I have a back problem - three bulging disks. I have had IF and TENS treatment with a physiotherapist so bought this to help at home. I am not disappointed. It feels the same as the professional device. The battery is sufficient for a few days of usage - twice a day, TENS IF then only needs a charge every 3-4 days. I bought a spare battery and keep it charged which to be honest, I’ve never actually used but for very little money is useful if you use it many times per day. TENS, IF, NMES, RUSSIAN - none of these get rid of chronic back pain but they all offer relief and relaxation which involves relatively small financial outlay. I reach for these before painkillers.

Bought this on a recommendation from our Chiropractor, it’s a fantastic machine and works very well.

Just received my device a few weeks ago. I am very satisfied. Have used it daily with beneficial results. Originally, purchased for use on leg that had sustained nerve damage but now I use various modes for back/shoulder pain relief. My physical therapist gave it a very high rating. I purchased this unit for my mom who is diabetic and who recently also experienced a set back (muscle pain and weakness in her quads) due to a statin drug she was taking for cholesterol. We began NMES for 30 minutes on each quad and we immediately noticed a difference. Her pain decreased and she was able to produce a heel to toe gait pattern without complaints of pain. This unit was great for muscle re-education as well since she had been avoiding using her quads and developed a lateral weight shifting type of a walk. I can't say enough great things about this unit! Easy to use, easy to set up and has worked wonderfully. I would recommend however if you are to use this on your thighs that you purchase significantly larger pads.

I use my tens unit to retrain & strengthen my muscles after my stroke. It is also good for relieving pain.

Works great. I use this as follow up after Physical Therapy/Russian Stim for nerve damage and muscle degeneration in my leg after a car accident. The latest research papers I've read online show Russian Stim used a certain way can, at the very least helps, or reverses or rebuilds nerves. Love it comes with a big powerful battery that can be recharged; real Russian Stim frequency. Easy to use, nice booklets and use card included. The carry case is also very nice; foam lining so I can take my Stim to the gym.

This unit is godsend. I have had 4 major lower back surgeries and the last was spinal instrumentation, when my back pain gets to the point that my pain meds on some days just don't work I immediately us the tens and crank it up and it with a little bit of heat helps bring my pain level down to where I can function . I am using it on different settings to see what works best , I will keep y'all informed..but sofar it's NICE

I suffer from lumbar stenosis and have bulging discs. Currently waiting for surgery to get relief from this. Ordered and used this product several times and I am completely satisfied with the outcome. It has helped me tremendously to cope with the back and leg pain and numbness that I suffer with daily. Love this unit, works just as well as the one my chiropractor used on me. A little challenging to know what levels to select when programing but once I figured them out I love how it helps manage my neck and lower back pain.

Purchased this unit on the advise of my physical therapist. I am completely satisfied as this has given me relief from the constant pain I suffer with and it gave me the option of not having an injection or surgery. I would highly recommend the use of this.

This is my 3 different tens unit. It is by far the best, great intensity, many modes and settings to choose from and its rechargeable. The shipping was fast, great price, and service. it can be a little confusing to set up but I just tried each mode and played them all and found what worked for myself. Be careful not to adjust the power settings too fast it can be too strong. Do your homework then buy this until you will not be disappointed!!!

I like the unit but here are a few cautions: It must be plugged in to charge it and that takes at least 6 hours. If using the IF setting, don't plan on getting more than about 45-60 minutes of treatment time. You'll need a separate battery/charger for more. The accompanying user manual was fairly useless to understand how to use the device. I eventually figured it out and the customer service at TensPro was very helpful. Device gets 'hot' when using it. Apparently not a concern (hopefully).

For the most part, this unit will get the job done. It does not work/operate while it is being charged. Also while ramping up the IFC current, it will start with it's wave cycle, which will make it take longer to set.

We have used this machine for over a year now and are very pleased. The cheaper machines from Amazon and Ebay do not work for us.When I purchased this machine I noticed it had 4 different settings.Also has 4 different body placement choices. When our first machine stopped working correctly,I called customer service and they sent out a brand new one to us in just few days.

Took a little longer to receive than normal shipping times but the product is as described especially when we figure out the numerous settings.

I love this unit. I'd had an earlier model without all the functions and when it stopped I got this one. I use mostly the TENS and Russian.

I love my new tens 4-1 combo. I use the Russian program most of the time and I have a loose knee replacement and I need to strengthen the muscles and tendons around the knee. It is just like exercising the knee but your not. Great buy.

My wife loves the Combo 2 unit purchased from TensPros. The unit offers many different settings to give her the most specific pain relief she needs.

This is a “real” TENS unit. It is not a toy like the Omron unit that I previously purchased. This unit is just as effective as the treatment I’ve received at the chiropractor. Highly recommended. Love the IF setting.

This machine works very well! The only complaints I have are the battery doesn’t last as long as advertised and it takes a really long time to charge. Also, there are no instructions on how to apply the pads. How should they be crossed? By lead? By color? Is it different for TENS than IF? Very surprised it didn’t come with that info and it’s surprisingly hard to find online.
