The InTENSity 5000 Hybrid is exclusively a TENS unit. The "Kneading" feature is something that would come with an electric massager, which we do not sell. As for "Auto Shutoff," the unit does come with a Timer, so yes, if you use the device with the Timer set, then it will indeed automatically shutoff when it hits zero.

A: Yes, the InTENSity 5000 Hybrid is powered by either one 9V battery, or an AC Adapter, which is sold separately.
