The
InTENSity 5000 Hybrid
combines the ease of traditional knobs of an analog TENS unit, together with the beauty of an LED display common with digital units, to create an innovative pain management device that is very easy-to-use. The user will receive the right therapy at the right time by using traditional analog dials, managing their intensity levels through LED technology.

: 15, 30, and 60 minutes, or Continuous
Unit includes five modes of operation
Burst (B)
: Bursts occur twice every second.
Pulse Width (adjustable), Pulse Rate = 100Hz, Burst Rate = 0.5Hz
Normal (N)
: Pulse Rate and Pulse Width are adjustable. It generates continuous stimulation based on the setting value.
Modulation 1 (M1)
: Pulse Width modulation. The pulse width is automatically varied in a cycle pattern over an interval of nominally 10 seconds.
Pulse width increases over a period of 5 seconds from 30µS to the control setting value, then decreases over a 5 second period to its original value.
Modulation 2 (M2)
: Pulse Rate modulation. The pulse rate is automatically varied in a cycle pattern over an interval of nominally 10 seconds.
Pulse rate decreases over a period of 5 seconds from the control setting value to a value which is 40% less, then increases over a 5 second period to its original value.
The cycle is then repeated.
Strength-Duration (SD)
: Automatic modulation of intensity and pulse width in 70% range.
The intensity is always increasing while the pulse width is decreasing, and vice versa.
The intensity is decreased by 70% while the pulse width is increased by 70% in 5 seconds.
In the next 5 seconds, the intensity is increased by 70% while the pulse width is decreased by 70%.
Total cycle time is 10 seconds. Pulse rate (2 - 150Hz) and pulse width (30 - 260µS) are fully adjustable.

Very pleased with the InTENSity 5000 Hybrid - Easy to Use TENS Unit. It works well -- and is very easy to operate. I wish there were a chart included in the product showing the electrode placement for different benefits to the body. That is why I took away 1 star....

This is a great unit and the price is even better. I received this exact unit from my chiropractor to use as a loaner and decided to buy it. This company by far had the best price. Why spend hundreds when you can have this one? Definitely would buy again.

Does the trick in dimishing my Tmj pain as my doctor suggested. Seems to work just fine. Had previously borrowed my daughter in law's machine to try out before purchasing my own.

This product is easy to use and comes with everything you need to get started except 9V battery. The therapy has helped my chronic pain tremendously. Do some research about where to place pads exactly and you will be in heaven as I am!

i purchased this item for my daughter for her birthday....She works in a hospital in the kitchen, she has tried everything for her back and nothing helped, Even Strong medications from the Doctor.She LOVES it She walks a lot and enjoys that she can take it with her, and she enjoys the fact that she can sleep with it on also.

Definitely beneficial
Chose to go with this avoid an implanted nerve stimulator. Which I may need later, but for now decided on the TENS unit. It absolutely ha.s relieved most of may low back and leg pain when I use it. I think if I used it more often I would benefit by the stimulation even after it is removed. I especially like to use it for about 20 minutes before I go to bed. It does help me get to sleep. Sleep, for me anyway, is the best pain treatment of all.

TENSity 5000 Hybrid
I've had four other tens units, and wasn't really satisfied with them. The TENSity 5000 Hybrid Unit finally "hit the spot!" The unit does the job with ease of use and has a very strong impulse. I couldn't be more satisfied. I don't have to look any more.

Another Great Product
We have used our previous TENS unit very often and needed to buy a new one. This is a great product: very portable, easy to use and very effective. We did order larger pads which work extremely well. We even recommended it to a cousin while we were visiting her as we let her use our unit and she was so pleased. We went right into the internet and ordered her one.

The InTENSity 5000 Hybrid is exclusively a TENS unit. The "Kneading" feature is something that would come with an electric massager, which we do not sell. As for "Auto Shutoff," the unit does come with a Timer, so yes, if you use the device with the Timer set, then it will indeed automatically shutoff when it hits zero.
