Q: this product seems to be a great for back problems, but one size fits all usually doesn't. An extension strap doesn't give the most optimal wrapping of a larger person. Would Tenspro consider making a xxl version of the back unit?. I have many friends that would be interested if it is already large enough to work..Having had four back surgery's I would love to have this product.Please give more of a size description and open picture of the wrap to see the inside. If there better pictures please share?.I really would love to have one of these.Thanks

It is a cold compression wrap, so it provides the therapeutic benefit of not only applying cold to an area of the body for recovery and pain relief, but also compression to maximize the coverage of that cold and to reduce inflammation and swelling. Also easier to apply and maintain that therapeutic effect over time compared to more conventional ice packs that need to be held down on a treatment area at all times.

This brace is made for one size fits most so it has an extension piece that is adjustable, so it should fit. We do offer additional 6" or 12" garment extenders sold separately as well just in case if you are worried or need to order that later if the brace ends up being too tight.

Unfortunately we are not the manufacturer of this brace, merely a re-seller of the product so we went ahead and measured it and this brace is made for one size fits most and measure 50" from end to end, so it should fit comfortably up to a 50" waist. We also have garment extension pieces that are adjustable, in a 6" or 12" size sold separately as well just in case if you are worried or need to order that later if the brace ends up being too tight.
