These gray-colored wires are a thicker grade compared to EMPI's basic white-colored replacement wires, making them more durable and tangle-free.

I called in as not sure about the Tens lead wires I needed. I think the phone rang one or twice and a real person answered. They still had my product so I ordered two. I wanted to thank them for the great service and ask if I could speak to the manager and he indicated he was the manager. I got the product and much better than the ones I had. About a week later I order some more as the unit I have is no longer made. Once again the phone rang one ore twice and was answered. I give the product and customer service a 10++++ They need to be teaching other companies about Customer Service. YEA!!

Replacement Wires Make a Real Difference!
My husband had been getting less relief from the TENS unit than usual. He had to increase the level more over time. We ordered a set of replacement lead wires for our unit and BINGO - that solved the problem! We won't wait as long in the future to replace the wires.

EMPI LEAD WIRES
These lead wires are just what I needed...they are heavy duty and I don't feel like they are going to break when I have to wrap them up to put them out of sight. I am so glad I found them on your site...I have had my tens unit for a long time...and it still works great...but it is getting hard to find the lead wires...so I ordered 2 sets...and they work great...my thinner lead wires weren't durable...and I have gone through 3 or 4 sets...the wires break inside and then they start shorting out. Thanks for having these for me to purchase.

This item is great! It is exactly what I needed; however, leads for other Brand machines are much cheaper. When these leads no longer function I will retire my machine all together and choose a different brand.

Great service and timely regarding delivery. My only complaint is the price per unit. With Empi I was able to buy two wires for the price of one (almost). I realize Empi is gone but c'mon guys, give me a break. I feel that tens pros is a very quality and service oriented organization and have dealt with them for a few years and have no major issues with the service and product availability. I give Tens Pros 41/2 stars easily. I'd like to get my replacement wires at a less expensive price since it seems they have a shorter shelf life. Kirk Carpenter

Tens Unit Parts
Ordered the EMPI 40' replacement lead wire for my old EMPI unit that is many years old and take note that my unit has two ports for plugging in lead wires that connect to two electrode pads, so a total of 4 pads can be run from this tens unit. The wire I ordered is only good for one plug-in port to run 2 electrode pads. So you have to order two of these wires at $19.95 each for this EMPI unit I have which I believe is the EMPI Select. These wires are much thicker than the ones that came with the original unit so that is impressive. The adaptors I bought with my order, which allow me to use snap electrode pads did not stay snapped on to the electrode pads that I have...they were loose, so I had to buy other adaptors elsewhere and I got 4 of these adaptors for the snap electrodes in a package that had 4 adaptors for 7.95 elsewhere. I got 2 at Tenspro for 5.00 However so far happy with the new wire lead for this unit as it had been setting dormant and now I can use it again...originally bought the EMPI unit for about 300.00 so I am glad it is working again. Will update if have issues. Will have to order another lead wire, so I have a back up replacement and the original lead wire I have left is so thin compared to this new one I just bought. Minus one star as not happy with the snap adaptors I bought.

Product works perfect! Love the heavier duty wires. The old ones had bent so much at the plug in that they had broken. It will take a whole lot more to damage these wires.
