Q: This looks exactly like the ones I have. Will it fit 4798000? Are there 2 wires in the package or do I need to order 2 packages?

A: No. Please refer to the product description for a list of all EMPI devices that these wires are compatible with. The wires that come standard with the TENS 7000 are the 45" Standard Length Premium Lead Wires.
