BodyStim Conductive Knee Garment
is intended for patients using an electrotherapy treatment, such as with a TENS unit, for aches and pains around the knee joint, as an easier and more durable substitute for traditional self-adhesive electrode pads.
For many patients struggling with acute or chronic knee pain, it may be more physically demanding to reach down and comfortably apply disposable electrodes around the pain area, or to get the right electrodes to fit for optimal stimulation, so this conductive knee garment allows easier positioning and application.
Furthermore, intended for long term use with a patented conductive mesh electrode material stitched into the brace itself, you no longer have to keep on purchasing replacement electrodes over and over, which only allow a finite number of uses before drying up and losing their adhesive quality.
This means more money in your pocket over time, with effective pain relief and greater comfort in your daily life.

Warnings & Precautions
:
DO NOT apply to open wounds.
Contact your doctor in the event of developing a skin rash.
DO NOT stimulate while operating heavy machinery, including a vehicle.
DO NOT use if you have a pacemaker installed.
DO NOT use the garment on any part of the body for which it was not intended.
Conductive Garments should be used only with suitable electrical sources specifically designed and approved for medical electrostimulation (most commonly used with a portable TENS unit).
Instructions For Use
:
Remove any and all jewelry from treatment area.
Thoroughly cleanse area with soap and water.
Ensuring electrotherapy unit is turned off, insert lead wire pins into the garment's snap connectors, making sure no metal is visible as well.
Moisten the mesh electrode material with Conductive Spray (
available as an option above
) or water. Do not soak.
Fit the garment to the treatment area as instructed by your prescribing physician, ensuring the garment is making adequate contact with the area you are treating.
Connect the lead wires to the electrotherapy device. Turn the unit on and adjust the treatment parameters according to your prescribing physician's recommendations.
Cleaning & Care
:
Hand wash in cold water only.
Air dry only - no heat.
Do not use bleach.

Two questions: 1) Can the knee cuffs be used with your Twin Stim unit, and 2) since the Twin Stim has dual ports, can two cuffs be used at the same time?

Yes and Yes. You should be able to use the Garments together with any Twin Stim combo unit just fine.

Q:
The last time I ordered the knee garment it was entirely too small. No one could or would answer my question regarding sizing there was no size match when I ordered it. Could you tell me if that has changed and I can order the size I need?

Thank you for your continued support! Unfortunately the bodystim garments are not size specific and only come in that one universal size.
We tried to measure and the brace should be able to accommodate a thigh circumference up to about 21".
If you have ordered this in the past and it was too small, unfortunately we only have the exact same brace available, so I'm afraid this product will not work for you.
