This microprocessor controlled unit combines clinical ultrasound therapy with five different electrotherapy treatment waveforms:

GREAT multi-function unit
Before we purchased the ComboCare unit, we were working with an AMREX electric stim/ultrasound unit and it worked well for a long time, but technology has advanced - so much so that with the ComboCare you are able to not only do stim and ultrasound, but interferential, russian and tens. You can't beat the price for all of the modalities this single unit offers.

How reliable is this manufacturer? How many years the machine is on the market? What is the warranty period? If I am not happy about the product, can I return the machine in 2-4 weeks?

2) This product comes standard with a 2 year manufacturer warranty which includes great customer service and technical support by both us, as the dealer, and the manufacturer themselves.
3) This device has been on the market since 2013, with over 10,000 in the field, and a less than 1% defect rate. This means you get high quality for the price, and the assurance that it is regularly used by various doctors and clinics throughout the U.S.
4) Unfortunately, we can not accept the return of any opened/used ultrasound devices. Rest assured, though, that having sold hundreds of this item, there have been virtually zero issues ever. You can always contact us if you ever have specific questions or concerns, or if you need new supplies. We are always happy to help.

Yes, the ComboCare can be used for aqua therapy with the ultrasound. Only the metal soundhead portion of the wand can be submerged underwater for this, though.

Yes, each unit comes standard with all of the supplies you see in the image on the page, as well as what is listed in the Instruction Manual that you can download off of this same page. It does not, however, include any
ultrasound gel
, which is available for individual sale.

Q:
Can the electric stim be run through the ultrasound head with the ultrasound going at the same time? ie: One of the electrical stim pads would be the ground and the ultrasound head would be the active "pad".

A:
For combination therapy with both e-stim and ultrasound running simultaneously, you would need to use the soundhead for the ultrasound together with electrodes applied to the treatment area for electrotherapy. The soundhead does not also emit e-stim, only ultrasound.

Is there an electric device that can generate audial pulses at a resonant frequency strong enough to stimulate bone growth?

Unfortunately, we do not carry any devices specifically indicated for bone growth / stimulation, as our electrotherapy and ultrasound therapy units are more intended for pain management and rehabilitation. There are indeed bone stimulators out there in the market, but we simply do not carry those here. We recommend consulting with your doctor / practitioner to see what may be best and available for your particular case.
