Q: How reliable is this manufacturer? How many years the machine is on the market? What is the warranty period? If I am not happy about the product, can I return the machine in 2-4 weeks?

Q: Can the electric stim be run through the ultrasound head with the ultrasound going at the same time? ie: One of the electrical stim pads would be the ground and the ultrasound head would be the active "pad".

4) Unfortunately, we can not accept the return of any opened/used ultrasound devices. Rest assured, though, that having sold hundreds of this item, there have been virtually zero issues ever. A: Yes, the ComboCare can be used for aqua therapy with the ultrasound. Only the metal soundhead portion of the wand can be submerged underwater for this, though.

Yes, each unit comes standard with all of the supplies you see in the image on the page, as well as what is listed in the Instruction Manual that you can download off of this same page. It does not, however, include any ultrasound gel, which is available for individual sale.

For combination therapy with both e-stim and ultrasound running simultaneously, you would need to use the soundhead for the ultrasound together with electrodes applied to the treatment area for electrotherapy. The soundhead does not also emit e-stim, only ultrasound.

Unfortunately, we do not carry any devices specifically indicated for bone growth / stimulation, as our electrotherapy and ultrasound therapy units are more intended for pain management and rehabilitation. There are indeed bone stimulators out there in the market, but we simply do not carry those here. We recommend consulting with your doctor / practitioner to see what may be best and available for your particular case.

A: The ComboCare does not feature a Microcurrent modality, only TENS, EMS, Russian Stim, and Interferential therapy modes.
