How to Use the Ice Therapy Machine:

Add ice to the ice fill line on the unit's base, followed by cold water up to the water fill line.
Secure the lid on the base and insert the insulated hose into the unit until you hear a click.
Attach the universal therapy pad to the hose, ensuring a secure connection.
Connect the power cord to the unit and a grounded electrical outlet.
Turn on the unit by pressing the power switch located on the back of the lid.
Customize your session by pressing the 'M' button. Use the up/down arrows to adjust the flow rate and session duration, then press 'M' again to confirm.
Secure the therapy pad to the desired treatment area using the adjustable straps.
Press the start button to begin your therapy session.

How to Use the Ice Machine for Hot Therapy:

Drain the bucket of any cold water if previously used for cold therapy.
Fill the bucket with hot water from the tap up to the water fill line. The water should not exceed 120° Fahrenheit, do NOT use boiling water.
Run the machine for several minutes and bring the therapy pad up to your skin to make sure it is not too hot. Let water cool if needed.
Ensure a protective barrier is used before applying the therapy pad to any body part.

Care Instructions:

After each use, drain the unit completely and ensure that all hoses and connectors remain free from dust and debris.
