BioFreeze Cold Pain Relieving Gel is clinically-recommended among the top chiropractors, physical therapists, massage therapists, and podiatrists as a fast-acting topical pain reliever. I literally could not live (tolerate my chronic pain) without this stuff. It works wonders. I definitely prefer the spray versus the gel but they both work. The spray is just so easy to apply.
