Bauerfeind SacroLoc® Lower Back Support is low profile and provides support to the lower back at the iliocsacral joints (where the tail bone meets the pelvis).
SacroLoc can help alleviate acute pain that can come from sitting or standing too long.
Patented strap system provides stabilization to the pelvis area and relieves SI-join ligaments.
The two-part friction pad with massage knobs provides a friction massage to the muscles and ligaments to improve muscle tone and circulation, thus helping the healing process.
Lightweight, breathable mesh material sits securely during movement and will not retain heat.

This would be a question better directed to a doctor/trained medical professional, as we do not staff any doctors here and can only provide more technical sort of information as it relates to the items we carry.
