The Bauerfeind OmoTrain is a unique shoulder support that promotes mobility and helps limit rotation. A great fit for shoulder pain caused by osteoarthritis, or following surgery (postoperative) or injury (posttraumatic) to the shoulder joint, the OmoTrain supports the shoulder joint in a centered position for improved joint guidance. When used, the shoulder muscles are activated and the joint benefits from improved stability. The removable visco-elastic compression pad can be used to produce a local massage effect on the soft tissues of the shoulder.

Sizing Guide:

Size is determined in inches, by loosely measuring the circumference of the biceps, while the arm is hanging loose:

Size 0 = 7.75" - 8.5"
Size 1 = 8.5" - 9.5"
Size 2 = 9.5" - 10.25"
Size 3 = 10.25" - 11.5"
Size 4 = 11.5" - 12.5"
Size 5 = 12.5" - 14.25"
Size 6 = 14.25" - 15.75"

The shoulder support fits snugly without being uncomfortable. It is as advertised, easy to apply. I am wearing mine due to a suspected rotator cuff injury which may require surgical intervention, so the main purpose is to stabilize and prevent additional tearing. My only complaint is the sizing runs small. I purchased a size "0" based on the sizing chart and had to return it for a "1". The only reason I am deducting a star is due to the 20% restocking fee of $30.
