The ManuTrain is an extremely comfortable wrist support with silicone inserts to reduce pain and swelling, and a removable stay for increased stabilization. In cases of pain and instability of the wrist, Carpal tunnel syndrome, tenosynovitis (inflammation of the tendon in the wrist), arthritis, wrist dislocation, overuse, or following injury, ManuTrain takes the strain off your wrist. To do this, the flexible knitted fabric has visco-elastic pads incorporated in it, taking the pressure off nerves and blood vessels and helping to relieve pain. A removable thermoplastic inner stay and an elastic strap stabilize the wrist, helping to quickly reduce irritation.

Sizing Guide:

Size is determined by loosely measuring the circumference of the wrist across the bony prominences in inches:
Size 1: 5 1/2" - 6"
Size 2: 6" - 6 1/4"
Size 3: 6 1/4" - 6 3/4"
Size 4: 6 3/4" - 7"
Size 5: 7" - 7 1/2"
Size 6: 7 1/2" - 7 3/4"

carpal tunnel/wrist support

This is a fantastic product worth every dollar spent, I have used the classic cheap ones from the pharmacy and you just can not compare the quality, comfort that Bauerfeind brings. I work for so many hours in the computer and have suffered from my carpal tunnel on both arms; so I'm very keen to buy one for my left hand. I have the Titanium color which looks very good and have wash it already and still same support - AWESOME product

The Bauerfeind wrist support is very well constructed with an extremely precise fit. It is comfortable and provides excellent support. It does take some effort to put on but it comes with an accessory sleeve that helps to correctly position the support.
