The Bauerfeind GenuTrain S Knee Support with plastic joint splints supports the knee joint for indications of slight instability, arthritis or osteoarthritis of the knee. An integral, ring-shaped visco-elastic pad surrounds the kneecap, while the interplay of the knitting and the pad provides intermittent compression massage, thereby activating the musculature and stimulating the healing process. The combination of plastic joint bars and the strap system in the GenuTrain S provides optimal knee stabilization and added passive support for the knee.

love this brace!

With the adjustable straps below and above the knee, you get a great fit that does not slide down like so many others. The side support bars are amazing and allowed me to return to so many activities safely after ACL surgery.

Quality brace; great! service

This brace was recommended by two Athletic Therapists. I wanted to return to playing after a one year absence due to a knee injury incurred while playing tennis. The range of movement and stability that I have experienced while wearing the brace has been a revelation. I am very happy with the product. The service was excellent. This brace is very expensive here in Canada. I scoured the internet for a much better deal in the States (having regard to the currency exchange rate) and narrowed the few comparables down by digging deeper into published reiews and complaints (particularly with how they were resolved). As a result, this company was at the the top of my list and I was not disappointed. The product was shipped quickly - for free - to a Cdn company that I use that has a Niagara Falls NY warehouse (received there in 5 days) and then it was brought across the border a couple of days later for minimal cost.

This is the best knee support i have. I bought too many knee support ( low to high price ) but nothing like this one. I play rackquetball 5 days a weeks without it i can't play It is painful on my knee. I recommend for anyone.
