The Bauerfeind GenuTrain P3 Knee Support helps center the knee during joint movement. It helps relieve pain caused by misalignment of the kneecap (patellar subluxation or lateralization), femoropatellar pain syndrome (anterior knee pain) or pain associated with patellar dislocation. The active support, with its two integral compression pads and a corrective guide, stabilizes the position of the kneecap and activates the musculature, thereby accelerating the healing process.

Key Details:

During activity the compression pad counteracts patellar malalignment and provides intermittent compression which helps reduce pain and swelling.
Lightweight, breathable anatomical knit will not retain heat for high wearing comfort.
Helps shorten the regeneration period and helps enables training to be resumed more quickly.
Ideal for treatment of:

Knee cap tracking problems (lateral tracking problems)
Knee cap dislocation (or subluxation)
Runners knee
Tight IT band
Patella femoral syndrome (or pain)
