The symptoms of "Epicondylitis", "Tennis Elbow", or "Golfer's Elbow" are pain in the muscles on the outside of the elbow. EpiTrain helps reduce this pain and relieve tension. As you move, the special knitted compression fabric with its built-in visco-elastic pads stimulates the muscles and aids healing.

Product Details:

Medical-grade compression promotes proprioception, thus heightening sensory awareness in the elbow for increased joint stabilization.
Visco-elastic inserts leave the elbow bones pressure-free and provide intermittent compression to the soft tissue of the joint, leading to increased circulation, thus aiding in the resorption of swelling and edema.
Lightweight, breathable anatomical knit will not retain heat for high wearing comfort.
Ideal for treating Tennis Elbow (Lateral Epicondylitis), Golfer's Elbow (Medial Epicondylitis), general elbow pain, swelling, tendinitis, and/or arthritis.
Machine washable.
Made in Germany with the highest quality standards.

Sizing Guide:

Measure a loose circumference around the widest part of the forearm.

If between sizes, Bauerfeind recommends choosing the larger size for gentler compression, or the smaller size for firmer compression.

Size 0: 8 1/4" - 9"
Size 1: 9" - 9 3/4"
Size 2: 9 3/4" - 10 3/4"
Size 3: 10 3/4" - 11 1/2"
Size 4: 11 1/2" - 12 1/4"

Effective compression

Pricey but well designed. It holds form and provides some relief. Much better than your typical band.

Head Dude

30 years of elbow problems. This is the best compression/brace I've every experienced. I gave it 4 stars because it is also the most expensive by 4 times. And while very comfortable the fit is less than perfect. But if you've got the money, spend it on this brace.

Overpriced, not practical

There products I’ve used before, there about 50% overpriced in my opinion, I say this because their products wear out stretch out and slips down your arm. I have about 6 of the arm sleeves and one of the new arm type sleeve that has the Velcro adjustment, it’s simply not necessary, if your ok with overpriced stuff these are your guys. If they would last longer I’d gladly pay as it is a good product the ones without the adjustable Velcro strap. Had other products that seem cool but they sit in a drawer because I only use the regular arm sleeves and keep in different work trucks. Longevity sucks. Good when new, price is high due to poor longevity

Best elbow support I have tried. The adjustable strap is a great addition for the extra support you need during sporting activities.
