Q: Can this brace be used for a medial ankle support? My ankle turns in and my foot severely overpronates. I had a triple arthrodesis that failed. Custom braces did not work since I'm flat footed on the right.The custom braces were cutting into my foot and causing much pain

Q: I have been diagnosed with a posterior tibia tendon rupture and need a ankle stabilizer. Can this be worn with a shoe?

A: According to the manufacturer: "Yes, the CaligaLoc could be helpful here. An integrated wedge in the outer heel area of the footbed raises and tilts your foot inward to relieve the lateral ligaments."
