Clips spin in rubber

The clips attach great to my device. The only problem is that they spin inside the rubber casing making it difficult to attach.

Fair company

Ordered these but the company sent the wrong ones by accident. I communicated this and they promptly sent the correct ones. They told me to keep the first set that were incorrectly sent. Good business practice!
