A: The price that is shown is for one individual weight. In the product features it states if you would like a pair to order a quantity of 2.

A: The Blue color Ankle Weight option includes 20x 0.5lb inserts, so you can adjust the weight range from 0.5lbs - 10lbs, accordingly.
