The Relief Wrap Garment comes with 1x pack of four 2" x 2" white cloth electrodes with velcro backing, so you can easily stick them to the belt. As for recommended quantity, that completely depends on the customer, taking into account how often you use the item(s). The adhesive gel on the electrodes are typically good for about 5-10 uses per pack, so it is recommended to stock up a little bit in order to save on any future shipping costs, but it is up to you. The Velcro Back electrodes can be purchased separately, and their Part Number is EP2020RW2.
