The pillow is so very soft and really helps keep the hips in line while sleeping or resting. I however am not happy with the strap as although it is plenty long enough for those with the need for its length I have had to sew a section of about 4 inches so that it will actually fit my leg without spinning or falling to my angles in the night. The velcro fasten is very strong but will cause painful scratching should you not align the strap correctly to the velcro. I have modified that also by putting a handcrafted shield around the strap and it's velcro fasten.
