Great thermometer. Had a few issues with instructions as they were written(similiar to another reviewer, not fault of TensPros). However they were quickly resolved thanks to TensPros excellent and knowledgable Customer Support. and I might add my conversation with Danielle, Customer Support Rep, was at 9pm EST on the day I received the thermometer. As soon as I emailed about the problem that evening, she wasted no time getting back to me. Kudos to her and TensPros. Would purchase again from this company, especially one with such a terrific Customer Support Department.

Good thermometer

I bought this thermometer as I couldn’t find one locally to purchase. So far, I have been pleased with it! It works well, and it is nice to have a non-invasive method of taking temperature! It comes with a plastic case which is helpful, and the instructions were laminated which is nice in case they get wet. The one downside is that there is only one button. What this means is that to change settings you have to hold the button down for various amounts of time to change settings. The instructions DO NOT show how to go from ear mode (preset) to forehead mode. Neither English nor Spanish instructions show how to do this. I emailed their support team for answers, and got a response in 24 hrs with detailed instructions, pictures, and help. They were wonderful! In case you also have this issue, their instructions are in the picture below. Overall, for the price, I would order another!
