Unfortunately it's very hard to give a time frame for that as there are many factors that play a role in the usage, such as the type of therapy you are running the unit on, i.e. TENS vs EMS vs IF, as well as the pulse rate, width, and how high you are turning your intensity up to that will all affect the length of charge.
On average, under normal use on TENS and EMS, normal meaning the pulse width and rate are middle of the road range in numbers as well as the intensity setting we would say about 8-10 hours of use before needing to be recharged again.
IF therapy will be much less as this is a very high frequency of stimulation that causes batteries to drain very quickly. With IF you are looking at 1-2 hours with normal range settings before it will need to be recharged.
