Most users will typically get about 15-20 uses per pack of 4, but this does depend on such factors as length of use per treatment, storage conditions, skin type, etc., so it will be different for everyone. 15-20 uses is general rule of thumb.

Standard Pigtail Reusable Self-Adhering Electrodes For Electrotherapy Stimulation

Superior highly conductive electrodes deliver more current with better distribution accross the entire pad.
Full coverage wire connector for reliability, durability and full dispersion.
Flexible carbon layer allows for flexibility, maximum charge delivery and comfort.

Directions for use:

Clean and dry application site as needed.
Open the tamper proof foil electrode pouch. Save pouch for later storage.
Remove electrode from package and peel electrode away from release sheet. Save release sheet for later storage .
If electrode seems dry, add a few drops of water to moisten.
Place electrode on exact skin location where recommended by practitioner.
Attach electrode lead wires to TENS unit or other device.
Use as needed.
Electrodes should be replaced periodically once they become un-sticky and lose their adhesiveness.

Much better than off brand online products

I tore several ligaments in my knee from a building collapse and had some reconstruction surgery. I've been sentenced to several months of daily EMS treatment to rebuild quad activation and these electrodes are miles better than the cheap stuff you get on Amazon. And they're not any more expensive either. I've had nothing but good relations with Tenspro support with a previous issue and they ship items really fast too. Will continue to order these for as long as i need them.
